1. Introduction and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Isowave Technologies Inc. (“IsoWave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), P.O. Box 2327, Yelm, WA 98597, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit isowave.us and related pages we operate (the “Site”), request a consultation or pre-order information, or otherwise communicate with us.
The Site is intended for healthcare, wellness, and fitness professionals and businesses in the United States evaluating the IsoWave System. This Policy does not cover information we receive from customers under a signed product, subscription, or software agreement, which is governed by that agreement and any data terms attached to it.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the consultation or pre-order form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and, if you provide them, your business name, professional role, and the content of your message. When you email us, we collect your email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, how long you spend on each page, and the website that referred you.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to recognize repeat visits and measure how the Site is used. See Section 5 for details and your choices.
Information we do not ask for. We do not ask visitors for health information, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or login credentials for other services. Please do not include information about any individual’s health in the message field. If you do, we will treat it as described in Section 6.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your consultation or pre-order request and follow up with you by email or phone;
- understand your practice or business so we can explain whether the IsoWave System is a fit;
- send you information about IsoWave products, availability, pricing, and launch updates that you have asked for, with an unsubscribe option in each email;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- measure how the Site is used so we can improve its content;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and
- protect the rights, safety, and property of IsoWave, our visitors, and others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising on other websites. We do not send marketing text messages unless you separately opt in.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below.
Service providers. We use third-party companies to host the Site, store form submissions, send and receive email, manage customer relationships, and analyze Site traffic. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Our current providers include:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Lovable (Lovable Cloud) | Website hosting and storage of form submissions | Form data, technical data |
| Google Workspace | Business email (hello@isowave.us, privacy@isowave.us) | Form data, correspondence |
| GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) | Customer-relationship management and follow-up | Form data |
| Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Site usage analytics | Technical and usage data |
Affiliated companies and partners. We may share your information with companies under common ownership or control with IsoWave, and with marketing partners working on our behalf, for the purposes described in Section 3. They are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
Business transfers. If IsoWave is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of IsoWave, our visitors, or others.
With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies that assign an anonymous identifier to your browser and record pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring sites. We have enabled IP anonymization where available and do not combine analytics data with the personal information you submit in forms.
Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices. You can:
- install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
- set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is set (some Site features may not work); or
- clear cookies from your browser at any time.
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or session-recording tools. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
6. Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
This Section is provided under the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and applies to “consumer health data” as defined in that law. It supplements the rest of this Policy.
What we collect. The Site is designed for business and professional inquiries, and we do not request consumer health data. However, the free-text message field could contain health-related information if a visitor chooses to include it (for example, describing a personal condition or wellness goal). Visiting a website about red-light wellness technology could also be considered information from which a health inference might be drawn. To the extent any such information constitutes consumer health data, this Section applies.
Sources. Consumer health data would come only from you, through the form or by email.
Why we collect it and how we use it. Only to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes in Section 3. We do not use it to make inferences about your health, and we do not sell it.
Sharing. Consumer health data may be processed by the service providers listed in Section 4 solely to store, transmit, and manage your inquiry on our behalf, under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not share it with any other third party except as required by law or with your consent.
Your rights. You have the right to confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data about you and to access it; to withdraw consent; to have it deleted; and to appeal a decision we make about your request. See Section 7 for how to make a request. We do not sell consumer health data, so no sale authorization is required.
Contact. Direct questions and requests about consumer health data to privacy@isowave.us.
7. Your choices and rights
Marketing emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email privacy@isowave.us to opt out. We may still send you non-promotional messages, such as replies to your inquiry.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email privacy@isowave.us with your name and the email address you used on the Site. We will verify your identity (usually by replying to that address) and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal.” We will respond within 45 days. Washington residents may also contact the Washington State Attorney General if their appeal is denied.
State privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor requests under those laws where they apply. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising, so no “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out is needed.
8. Data retention and security
Retention. We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a business relationship with you, and then for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. If you become a customer, your information is retained under your customer agreement. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the Site, access controls on our systems, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Other important information
Children. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
United States only. The Site is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. visitors. Information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Third-party sites. The Site links to third-party websites and research publications. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for interpreting them, the Site does not currently respond to these signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
10. Changes to this Policy and how to contact us
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site for at least 30 days and, where we have your email address, notify you directly. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
